The gas and electricity distributor has appointed Lodestar for its inaugural events this month, which are targeting 2,200 employees across the UK.
According to Centrica Energy's head of internal communications Gabe Winn, the main purpose of the events is to commit to a "definable culture", which focuses on putting people at the heart of the business.
"Live events are at the very heart of engagement," said Winn. "Centrica Energy completely transformed last year and the final hurdle is focusing on our people."
Centrica, which owns British Gas, bought a 20% stake in EDF's nuclear business - formerly British Energy - for £2.3bn in 2009.
The roadshow events allow managing director Mark Hanafin to meet face-to-face with employees and discuss the strategy of the business.

The roadshow calls at venues including London's Battersea Power Station and Aberdeen's Satrosphere Science Centre.
Additional engagement meetings are being held in Hull, Grange-over-Sands and Eton.
"A system of recyclable paper seating and walls is being used to create a 'conversation space' allowing for equality between delegates and speakers," said Lodestar managing director Phil Watton.
The events are taking place throughout the month, with the final roadshow on 25 October.
"It is a significant investment but there is a commercial value to the business," added Winn.
