The move is a reaction to its growing client base in the area. Former employee Cath Riley has been appointed to represent the agency in the Asian country.
Riley previously worked at KPMG in Shanghai as well as with the Royal Bank of Scotland in their events and sponsorship department, based in the UK.
She has worked with clients such as Chanel, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Norgine and Wyeth (now Pfizer).
"Following the successful launch of our Asia Hub office in Hong Kong, and a number of new business wins, we have established the Singapore office to increase our development in this vital market and to provide additional on the ground support to our global clients," said group executive chairman Graham Keene.
