NPF has 13 movie-themed combat zones set in 200 acres of woodland. The investment will be spent on providing playing areas, team facilities and improving the ‘base camp’.

"In the 23 years since we began, we have had an investment programme that has focussed on the development of playing areas to give gamers the very best experience. For example we have built temples, a replica foreign embassy, World War I trenches and we even have a real military helicopter," said NPF’s operations manager Kerry Atkin.

She added that there are other developments in progress which she can't comment on at this stage.

Corporates that have previous used NPF include HP Bulmer Drinks, Marstons and Calor Gas.
