London Syon Park, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel, has appointed Dale MacPhee as general manager ahead of its opening in November.

London Syon Park, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel names general manager

The luxury venue will be located in the grounds of Syon House, the Duke of Northumberland’s estate in West London.

MacPhee was previously general manager at The Trafalgar Hotel in London.

She will oversee the pre-opening operations of London Syon Park and be responsible for the hotel’s overall strategic business direction, operations and sales management.

Hilton Worldwide Europe area president of Europe Simon Vincent said: "Dale’s dedication and natural leadership skills are second to none, and her knowledge of the industry, as well as her expertise in business development and strategic planning, will be of tremendous value to this property and our company."

London Syon Park

The 137-room property will offer 1,000sqm of meeting and conference facilities, a spa and pool, as well as several restaurants and bars.

London Syon Park, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel’s features will also include:

  • Butterfly house in the lobby
  • Ice-cream parlour
  • Park-view first-floor terrace
  • Seven luxury suites
