Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport, has appointed six staff to make up its executive committee

Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport has appointed executive committee members including Michael Munro as director of food and beverage and Simon McHendry as director of sales and marketing.

The executive committe is:

Mark Francis – general manager

Prior to his move to Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport, Francis was hotel manager at The Langham, Melbourne since 2004. 

Michael Munro – director of food and beverage

Munro has more than 20 years of food and beverage experience in hotels and independent establishments, including running an Olympic venue in Sydney.

Stan Chau – director of finance

Prior to joining Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport, he was the financial controller at The Dynasty Club Hong Kong managed by New World Hotels Group. 

Helen Chen - director of human resources

Chen was previously the assistant director of human resources at the InterContinental Beijing Beichen. 

Bob Ren – director of rooms

Previously, Ren worked at various InterContinental and Accor hotels in China. His most recent position was rooms division manager at the Sofitel Wanda Harbin.

Simon McHendry – director of sales and marketing

McHendry has more than 14 years experience in hotel rooms operations and sales and has held management positions in both front office and sales at Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong.
