The division was merged with sister company Eventwise in 2008, to operate under the rebranded Eventwise banner.
However, the division has been "re-energised", with former THA group director Nick Robinson as managing director, and will now operate as a separate division with a new website and client proposition.
New business focus
Concerto Live will focus on international conferences and incentives, product launches and brand communications.
"We’re incredibly excited about our new brand and web presence and are looking for this to provide a sound springboard to develop new client relationships and expand into other areas of service," said Robinson.
Concerto Live client services director Peter Jackson said the division was already ahead of its turnover and new business win targets.
"We’re very pleased with the way things have been going over the past few months, bearing in mind that we’re still operating in a very challenging marketplace," he said. "We’ve enjoyed some great new project wins through both our existing and new client channels. We’ve also secured some important new ongoing relationships, which stand us in good stead for our first year."
The company is looking to hire new staff in "strategic roles" to grow its services and client base, he added.
Eventwise is to continue operating under the Eventwise brand, and will focus on venues and teambuilding events.
