He will lead the application development teams in each market to maximise the agency’s global reach, focus on future technology innovation and deliver consistent best practice.
Shilling joined Grass Roots three years ago and was responsible for developing its incentive and recognition platform proposition, and identifying innovative technology opportunities.
Shilling has previously worked for EDS, Gedas and Infosystems, leading technology delivery and business consulting teams.
