The Liverpool venue initially planned to offer party packages between 10-18 December, but has extended the party season to 8 January following interest from corporate clients.
The venue's décor will be restyled with a Las Vegas theme with neon colours and casinos.
It hopes to host ten evenings for between 800 and 1,500 delegates per night.
ACC Liverpool's Echo Arena general manager Tim Banfield said: "Off the back of the recession, corporates are being more active. Corporates have come out of the recession being leaner and meaner and looking at opportunities, and also wanting to give something back to staff."
ACC Liverpool chief executive Bob Prattey added: "This is the first time that we have targeted the Christmas party market and it is a move very much driven by demand. The outlook for 2010's Christmas run is a very different story to last year; this year employers appreciate the need to reward their employees and individual groups are looking for the kind of extravaganza that ACC is synonymous with."
