Parent company Grayling chief executive Michael Murphy said the rebrand followed the launch of events, PR and investor relations consultancy Grayling in January after a series of mergers.
"This division will now move within Grayling UK, reporting to chief executive Loretta Tobin," said Murphy. "As the specialist live communications business within Grayling, our ‘live' team will play a key role in helping the group achieve its ambitions and objectives."
Steve Elliott becomes director of Grayling Live and Amanda Stephenson-Carter becomes business development director as part of the restructure.
Tobin said: "We are already seeing many parts of the wider Grayling business work more closely within our client base and among prospects for a holistic consultancy service."
