US-based PCMA will hold its bi-annual education conference on-site at AIBTM, which takes place on 21-23 June 2011.

CIC has also confirmed that it will hold its 2011 Hall of Leaders Gala at AIBTM, in conjunction with the PCMA education conference.

Reed Travel Exhibitions group exhibition director, meetings and events portfolio Craig Moyes said: "The decisions by PCMA and CIC to co-locate their events is a testament to the importance that both organisations place on AIBTM and America Meetings Week."

PCMA president and chief executive Deborah Sexton said: "Our members will not only benefit from our conference but from doing business with leading US and international suppliers at AIBTM."

CIC chief executive Karen Kotowski said: "The Reed shows have a history of bringing together industry leaders and we expect our attendence at the dinner to far exceed the record we set this year."

AIBTM and America Meetings Week are anticipated to attract 3,000 event planners and 300 exhibitors.
