Four teams of three students from UK universities pitched for a fictional brief at the event, which was hosted by the Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau.
Organiser and Planet Planit managing director Paul Cook said: "These people will be the buyers of tomorrow - they are the people to take note of."
The brief was for a financial client's four-day incentive and conference/training programme in Switzerland for 100 top-performing managers.
The pitches were judged by a panel of judges comprised of UK agencies and corporates including Powwow and Vantage Point.
The winning team from Westminster University proposed an event with an ‘air, fire, water and earth' theme in Interlaken, using venues including the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel.
They beat teams from London Event School, University of Surrey and another Westminster University team to win a trip to Lausanne and Zurich in September.
