Den Broeder has more than 11 years experience in event management including roles at Talking Point (now BCD), THA and Banks Sadler. She also worked at World Events for two years.

Her remit will be to grow the business, focusing on winning new and global clients and new client business development, particularly in the Benelux region.

Den Broeder said: "I thoroughly enjoyed my time with World Events the first time round so when I saw the opportunity to come back, I had little hesitation in accepting. This is a big decision for me as I will be relocating to Amsterdam but I am very excited about the future."

World Events director (Europe) Andrew Winterburn said: "I am delighted to welcome Annemarie back to World Events. Her appointment will give a new focus to the Dutch office and help us to grow our business further in the future."
