The hotel and convention centre was forced to close when government armed forces cleared the local area of Red Shirt protestors.
In the final days of the riots, the Centralworld shopping complex was damaged by fire.
The property has now been repaired and reopened yesterday.
Central Plaza Hotel (Public) executive board chairman Suthikiati Chirathivat said: "The hotel and convention centre were undamaged during the riots and the subsequent fire at Centralworld. Specialist contractors worked on the cleaning and servicing and our staff are already on site to ensure that everything is working perfectly for our guests."
Meanwhile, Dusit International has launched a campaign, Dusit Together for Thailand, in a bid to restore confidence in Thailand's hotel industry.
Dusit's sales and marketing teams are visiting more than 300 Bangkok companies and media to thank them and their business partners for their support.
