Training venue chain to offer event planners detailed carbon analysis
Etc Venues has become the first chain of dedicated training properties to join the Hotel Carbon Index Company's Carepar carbon measurement service.
Carepar measures emissions associated with meetings, training, events and hotel stays.
Etc has seven properties, (six in London and one in Birmingham) of which six will go through the Carepar assessment process.
"We are very aware of the need to track emissions and definitely think clients should have a recognisable and trusted standard which they can benchmark from," said Etc Venues central operations and projects manager Franck Rosello.
