The Body Shop is rewarding the top 10% of its sales force with a luxury incentive trip to South Africa this month.

The beauty products retailer is taking 32 delegates to Cape Town for seven days.

The programme will include accommodation at the five-star Table Bay Hotel with an itinerary featuring Cape Point, Chapman's Peak, the penguin colony at Boulders Beach and a tour of the Winelands.

TMB Marketing and Communication was appointed to organise the event in September following a competitive pitch.

TMB has previously run incentive trips for The Body Shop to Rio de Janeiro, in March 2009, and to Sun City in South Africa, in February 2008.

Body Shop sales consultant Andy Barton, who attended the Rio de Janeiro trip, said: "The service provided by TMB was faultless. Attention to detail was exceptional and precise timings of pick-ups had to be admired."

TMB senior account manager Robert Wan said: "The Rio event went well and the team on the ground was outstanding. We are looking forward to seeing the Body Shop team again in South Africa."

The Body Shop held its annual one-day At Home Christmas conference, for 650 delegates, at the Epsom Downs Racecourse last September.
