Randle Stonier resigns from Skybridge

Randle Stonier has resigned from his position as Chairman of Euro RSCG Skybridge, one of Europe’s leading marketing, communication and event agencies. He explained: " After working in a great company for many years and seeing plans and activities come to fruition I have decided that now is the right time to stand back and consider a new challenge. There are a number of interesting suggestions and opportunities that have arisen recently, being immersed in both client projects and the business is not allowing me the time to explore them. Now I will be taking the time to look at these over the coming months. It’s an exciting prospect." Stonier became Chairman of Euro RSGC Skybridge early in 2005. He was previously CEO, a role he has held since the inception of the company in January 2000, following the merger of Motivforce and Purchasepoint. Previously he was Managing Director of Motivforce, a business-to-business agency, which he co-founded in 1986. His career has included a number of roles at Procter & Gamble, the Virgin Group and WPP’s The Promotions House. He began his working life as an officer in the Royal Navy, serving aboard HMS Hermes. Randle Stonier is also immediate past Chairman of The Institute of Sales Promotion (ISP) a role he held for two consecutive terms until 2004. He is widely regarded as one of Britain’s leading experts on promotional marketing issues.
