Pumphouse, the experiential, face-to-face and digital communications agency, has launched an off-the-shelf incentive programme in response to client demand.
Pumphouse, whose client list includes BT, BAE Systems and Centrica, has developed a service that combines online and face-to-face elements that can be tailored to the needs of the client.
Pumphouse managing director Nick Eve said: "Over the past year, several clients have asked us for help to engage, motivate and reward their people. All were concerned about the costs of traditional incentive programmes and looking for a better way to recognise and reward their people.
"We have already proved the programme can be self-financing and deliver a real return on investment."
Eve added that the programme would encourage teamwork and innovation, get frontline employees together with senior managers, and excite the employees who took part.
