Cater with C&IT's first episode launches online

C&IT has teamed up with Vinopolis and its on-site cooking academy Inneventive to launch its first-ever Cater with C&IT challenge.

Four event agency heads were invited to create a series of dishes that met the criteria of a client brief.

CL Events & Venues sales and marketing director Louise Henry, RPM managing partner Hugh Robertson, Grass Roots Eventcom marketing director Aileen Reuter and The Rouge Partnership creative director Nathan Homan all took part, each creating a starter, fish, main or dessert course.

Dishes had to be seasonal using produce from Borough market for a client who is entertaining 50 top sales people.

Cater with C&IT will be broadcast online at citmagazine.com/cittv, during British Food Fortnight.

The first episode went live today.
