Hyderabad property and Keralese boat to join boutique chain's portfolio
India’s boutique chain, The Park Hotels, is opening two new properties in August and September this year.
The Park Hotel Hyderabad opens in August and will be a certified green building offering 285 guest rooms. It will also offer three restaurants, two lounges, and two entertainment venues, as well as retail halls and art galleries.
The more unusual opening takes place in Kerala in September. Aspara is a 28-metre lake cruiser with capacity for 24 delegates. The vessel will be moored at The Park at the Backwater, a ‘docking station’, offering ten luxury rooms, a tented spa, restaurant, bar and pool.
