Lisbon gathering will see 2000 hair stylists from 56 countries gather
Jack Morton Worldwide has been appointed by FMCG giant Procter & Gamble to produce the Wella Professionals International Trend Vision Award event.
The event is aimed at professional stylists under 30 and designed to "celebrate the skills of innovative young talent to a global audience", according to Wella.
It will see 2,000 delegates attend, including teams from 56 countries gather on 23 November at Lisbon's Pavilhao Atlantico venue to compete for the award. The day-long event will also include workshops focusing on the latest style trends.
"Wella is at the forefront of its industry and we are thrilled to work with them on this pivotal event in the industry calendar," said Jack Morton Worldwide managing director Julian Pullan.
Jack Morton won the role from the previous incumbent in a competitive pitch process.
