Car retailer Inchcape has appointed agency Line Up to execute its global staff motivation programme.
The “Customer 1st” initiative comprises a series of one-day events held at Inchcape’s offices throughout the world, including the UK, and is designed to inspire its 14,500 employees to deliver “consistently excellent levels of customer service”, according to Line Up managing director Duncan Beale.
The events include a short film, produced by Line Up, about Inchcape's history, interactive exercises and customer service discussion sessions.
Line Up designed the structure, content and materials for the programme and local Inchcape staff are handling on-the-ground event production in-house.
Details of the UK events are being finalised and they will take place in the next few months.
“This has been a fascinating project to be involved with, both from a film production and global employee engagement perspective,” said Beale.
