Agency Conference Care has revealed details of its new contract to manage Nestle UK’s entire venue finding requirements. The deal sees Conference Care manage all venue finding for Nestle UK and its Purina Petcare, Nestlé Waters, Powwow and Cereal Partners offshoots. Some 10 agencies were invited to pitch, from which Nestlé shortlisted five. “We presented to 15 members of Nestle’s booking team as well the as procurement department, and all of the companies were graded as part of a marking system,” Conference Care director Chris Peacock explained. Nestle then narrowed it down to two before awarding the contract to Conference Care. Initially the deal is for one year, with the potential for expansion for a further two, Peacock said.
