Marriott Marble Arch appoints director of sales and marketing

The London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch has appointed Vanessa Rew as director of sales and marketing.
Rew moves to the 240-room hotel from Marriott’s London market sales team where she was senior account manager.
In her new role, Rew will lead a team responsible for corporate room sales, conferences and events. Her career at Marriott spans 12 years and includes stints at the Marco Island Marriott Resort & Golf Club in Florida and Cleveland Downtown Marriott, Ohio.
In 2004 she moved to the London Marriott Hotel West India Quay as event manager, before joining the London market sales team.
London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch general manager Govert Deketh said: "Vanessa brings a huge amount of both operational experience and sales knowledge and she will be a great asset to the sales and marketing team at Marble Arch."
