Cisco will hold its annual live event at the new ICC London for the next two years.
Cisco Live will be held in London for the first time in January, said the firm's vice president technology and corporate marketing Amanda Jobbins.
Cisco revealed its plans at the launch of the ICC London today. Jobbins said the London Olympics were a key reason for selecting the destination, and delegates would tour the site during the event in January.
Around 3,500 delegates will attend the event, including more than 100 chief executives from major corporations, said Jobbins.
George P Johnson has been appointed to deliver both events.
Cisco Live was held at the CCIB in Barcelona this year.
"We're looking for a new kind of experience and perhaps extending the event to people who can't attend personally," explained Jobbins.
ICC London includes features such as digital signage and other technology, which Cisco was demonstrating at the ICC London launch.
Around 400 people are expected to attend today's launch, including Mayor of London Boris Johnson and Excel chief executive Kevin Murphy.
