Organising sustainable events, working on overseas office expansions and driving their agency to the top three in the industry rankings are some of the career aspirations harboured by this year's A List.
C&IT's search for the best agency talent aged 35 and under is now in its second year, and many of this year's A Listers were nominated for demonstrating excellence in client projects, for corporates including Vodafone, Xerox, Danone and Goldman Sachs. Meet this year's A List...

Charlotte Cresswell, 35
Adding Value
Director
Nominated for Last year, Charlotte identified, pitched for and won a project for an IT/telecoms client that resulted in more than 80 UK events, which were so successful, the client confirmed another series for 2010.
Goals before 40 To develop an Adding Value offer in Asia, sail across the Atlantic, complete the Haute Route ski tour in the Alps and revisit Fiji where I spent my childhood.

Ben Eustace, 31

Hospitality director
Nominated for "Despite the tough economy, Ben has led our hospitality department brilliantly, ensuring that revenues have been maintained and our clients pleased. He has been responsible for more than 500 hospitality events in the past year, with Wimbledon the biggest and best with more than 800 customers," says AOK managing director Alex Hewitt.
Goals before 40 I'd like to appear on Total Wipeout. Professionally, I'd like to develop relationships with 2012 sponsors to assist with creating bespoke hospitality for them

Lindsay Flynn, 26

Nominated for "Lindsay is a valued member of the AYMTM aviation division and has helped to grow the business and increase profitability with the department and has also contributed significantly to our events department," says AYMTM managing director Natalie Gunson.
Goals before 40 Professionally, to be an account manager and to have expanded our aviation department with plenty more flight-only management clients. To have travelled and holidayed in one new country every year, and be fluent in Spanish.

Nominated for Organising a brand launch for Dolce Hotels late last year. The group took over the Natural Kitchen in the City of London and attracted 200 industry corporates and agents with a showcase of the properties, cookery demonstrations, and wine and cheese tasting.
Goals before 40 I'd love to grow our events team to 20 people through winning key accounts, and to travel the world.

Katrina Rannard, 30

Nominated for "Kat is a prime example of someone who has gone out of her way to make the most of every situation thrown her way," says BI head of events Mark Taylor. "This was clearly demonstrated on a global recognition programme in Istanbul, which was not only logistically complex, but full of unusual requests which were all met without hesitation."

Nominated for Leading the ITM Conference, which she has delivered for the past two years.
Goals before 40 To work on types of events that I haven't yet experienced and to taste the foods of the world from places like Vietnam, India and Cambodia.

Nominated for "Jo organised an incentive for 106 Danone employees to Marrakech. The feedback we received, in particular about Jo's organisation, was outstanding," says Corporate Innovations managing director David Watt.
Goals before 40 I'd like to be more involved in sustainable incentive travel and personally I'd like to travel more and build an eco-house.

Nominated for An incentive for Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles in 2009 to Whistler, Canada. Delegates were so impressed they said that they would work hard to make the next incentive.
Goals before 40 To establish myself in the industry and make the top ten of C&IT's Power 50. Personally, to find the perfect man.

Goals before 40 If I'm still agency-side, I'd like to be account director or, client-side, I'd like to be a head of events, and I'd like to travel more.

Nominated for "Jo is a key member of the pitch team and her contribution has provided The Finishing Touch with two new client wins at the end of 2009," says account director Lisa Ryan.
Goals before 40 Professionally, to work overseas. Ideally, The Finishing Touch would open an office somewhere warm where I could be posted. I'd also like to learn a language and see the world - including South America - a bit more.

Goals before 40 Manage even more international events and spread my wings to the Far East and Hong Kong. I'm in the process of buying a house, which I'd like to design in a similar style to the Park Hyatt.

Cheryl Hinde, 27

"Cheryl forged fantastic relationships with the client and lead partners on the event," says Grass Roots Group's global marketing director Aileen Reuter. Goals before 40 I'd love to work on an iconic global event. On a more personal note, I'd like to hire a classic car and drive across the US, Thelma and Louise-style - but without the ending...

Goals before 40 To wake up and never dread the thought of going to work. To this day I haven't, and long may that continue, well into my 40s and beyond.

Goals before 40 I'd like to have a stint working overseas before I'm 40, either as part of an overseas office launch, or on an overseas event that involves being in that location for more than a week.
