The Brewery has launched an international marketing campaign to target the European market.

The London venue is capitalising on the weakness of Sterling to entice European planners.

A press campaign targeting the French, German, Italian and Spanish markets is being lined up.

And The Brewery general manager Maria Duddin said it was bolstering its database of European event planners.

The Brewery sales team will focus on European buyers at International Confex in London next month.

"We recognise the situation with the Euro isn't too good for the British, but it creates opportunities for European clients," said Duddin. "It makes financial sense for international corporations to book their events in London."
