Principal Hayley is rolling out a new food and beverage brand across its portfolio of conference venues.

Cranage Hall in South Manchester is the first of the group's properties to offer the Tempus brand, which it has introduced as part of an £850,000 refurbishment.

Principal Hayley food and beverage development director Mark Staples said: "The introduction of Tempus to Cranage Hall is the first of our plans to revitalise food and beverage offerings for our conference and training venues."

Providing local and seasonal food was top priority under the Tempus brand, he said.

The group is also reintroducing the Principal Hayley Hearts scheme, which provides information on the healthiness of the food it serves.
