Takeda, the Japanese pharmaceutical giant, has been commended for its events work at the EIBTM Awards.
German-based agency Face To Face won Best Conference - Above 250 Participants for ‘The Takeda House' event it organised for the pharmaceutical company.
The three-day conference for 500 delegates in Dusseldorf in April was designed to communicate changes being made within Takeda, and symbolised the pharma's "values of being one family under one roof".
Face To Face created a virtual Takeda house in which delegates walked from room to room and held interactive sessions about the company's future plans.
The panel of EIBTM Awards judges said: "Face to Face provided an innovative experience, highlighting Takeda's core messages in a way that motivated employees".
