Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has opened the second phase of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, adding 28,000sqm of hall space.
The new space has the doubled the size of the venue, making it the Gulf region's largest interconnected exhibition centre.
ADNEC now offers 55,000sqm of indoor exhibition space, spread over 12 interconnected halls, plus outdoor and marina space.
The Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2008) - attended by Prime Minister Gordon Brown - was the first event to be held in the new space.
