Guoman's Charing Cross hotel has opened its new £250,000 gym facility.

The gym has a modern design with high-tech facilities including plasma screens and iPod docking stations. It will only be for use by guests.

The launch is part of the hotel chain's £150m investment in its London properties. It also plans to relaunch the Royal Horseguards, the Grosvenor and Thistle Marble Arch as Guoman properties.
