QC Events has appointed Victoria Thompson in a strategic role to strengthen the account director team. She will manage and build client relationships across the QC client portfolio.

Thompson joins from Moody’s Analytics, where she was responsible for managing the events team in the EMEA region. In this role she defined event strategies and led cross-functional marketing projects to grow the business in the region.

Before Moody’s, Thompson worked with QC Events directors Michael Stephens and Justine Baker at DBMT Ltd.

Baker said: "It’s fantastic to be working with Victoria again. She is a highly driven individual with invaluable experience. Victoria will be an integral part of the team as we look to achieve even greater success."

Thompson added: "I’m delighted to have the opportunity to work with Justine and Michael again and re-join the world of agency events after eight years in corporates. QC Events is a fast-growing, exciting business and I look forward to playing my part in its future."
