Other shareholders include fellow director, Sally Hunt and Worldspan’s parent company, Wilcock Group.
Morris said: "I feel very fortunate to have spent the majority of my working career with Worldspan and I am delighted to become a shareholder. I believe wholeheartedly in the culture and values of the company, one which puts its customers and its staff at the forefront and which, by its very nature, means an internal culture of service excellence."
Jason Wilcock, chairman of Worldspan, added that Morris has been part of the team since the 90s. "It continues to be an exciting time for the agency, with our new London office opening last year and the relaunch of our creative and digital team in February. I look forward to continuing to work very closely with Sophie and the team as we focus on our growth plans."
