The four-day event, which kicks off today (10 January), will begin with two days of immersive workshops for the Leadership Team who will then be joined by the 600 strong Global Sales Force for a Kick Off Conference and networking dinner.
Working alongside the Colt event and communications team, the agency has been responsible for all delegate logistics, event design, technical production, content and video production.
Jason Sullivan, employee engagement and recognition manager at Colt, said: "Both our Leadership event and Global Sales Kick Off event are crucial for us to begin the year in a positive way with everyone clear and aligned on our objectives for the year.
