Four Seasons to open first hotel in Brazil

Luxury hotel brand Four Seasons has announced plans to open the Four Seasons Hotel Sao Paulo at Nacoes Unidas in 2017.

Launching through a partnership with Iron House Real Estate and Tamweelview European Holdings, the 254-room hotel and 84 private residences will be the group’s first opening in Brazil.

The luxury property will be located at an 82,000sqm development in the southern part of Sao Paulo, Parque da Cidade, one of the fastest-developing areas in the city. The hotel will have a range of meeting spaces and dining facilities.
