Dubai's Palazzo Versace hotel to open in December

The Palazzo Versace hotel in Dubai, the world's second Versace-branded hotel, is set to open in December.

According to a report earlier this month in The National, Raza Jafar, the chief executive of the hotel’s developer, Enshaa, said the property would open "within the next 90 days".

The 215-room property, which was initially expected to be completed by 2008, is located in the Culture Village precinct, overlooking the Dubai Creek and is less than 10 minutes from Burj Khalifa and the downtown area.

It will feature a ballroom for up to 900 seated, a signature spa, fitness facilities and on-site restaurants.
