A limited budget of £4,000 was set for the event, with a programme that included educational talks, workshops, teambuilding, networking and panel sessions, as well as an opportunity to browse the facilities.
It resulted in several new contracts worth £39,000, and an estimated £108,369 worth of press coverage. Judges said it showed "excellent use of a very limited budget by working collaboratively".
