Algarve's Rota Vicentina offers enhanced website

Rota Vicentina, which offers more than 340 kilometres of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails along the southwest coast of Portugal including the Algarve, has launched a new website to promote the trail.

The website offers a planning tool for trips giving visitors a choice of itineraries, as well as a central online booking system.

Interactive elements including videos are also available to view. Investment in the new website, which aims to attract business to the Rota Vicentina, was supported by the tourism regions of the Algarve and Alentejo.

Rota Vicentina was opened in 2012.
