Moscow chosen as destination for ICCA meeting

The summer meeting of the ICCA Central European Chapter (CEC) will be held next year in Moscow for the first time.

The decision was announced at this year's CEC meeting, held last week in Warsaw. Moscow Convention Bureau said that holding the meeting in Moscow will allow foreign visitors to get acquainted with the capital's congress infrastructure and assess the prospects for holding major international events in Moscow.

The bid committee, which gave a presentation in Poland, included Moscow Convention Bureau and DMC & PCO Restec Events and Intourist.
