Agency Cheerful Twentyfirst expands team

Karen Miller has been appointed business development director at Cheerful Twentyfirst, one of three new staff members to join the agency.

Miller, a former employee of creative communications agency The Bank, will play an integral part in introducing the company’s approach to new clients and sectors.

Tom Anderson-Hall is taking over the in-house post-production facility after spending five years at an industry leading post-production house in Soho. Meanwhile, Georgia Mills has joined as designer, to assist the events team in delivering high-quality speaker support and on-screen presentations.

The company, which has recently been shortlisted in the new best internal communications event category for the C&IT Awards 2015, said the hires were in line with development. "This is an exciting time for Cheerful Twentyfirst as we continue to grow and welcome new members of staff across the business," said Andrew Harvey, director of operations. "We often receive praise from clients, commenting on our teams’ passion and innovation to deliver the best events time and time again."
