Ambridge, who also completed freelance projects for The Fresh Group and WRG before joining N.I.C.E in 2011, will work with several of the agency’s clients, including eBay and P&G.

Max Fellows, senior relationship and brand development manager, TBA, told C&IT: "As a business we are continually on the lookout for exciting and accomplished talent within the industry to support the continued growth here at TBA.

"Being very selective, TBA cherry picks individuals that will be a good fit, not only for the agency, but also for our clients. Becca ticked both of these boxes whilst also demonstrating her capabilities, experience and passion for events and client management.

In addition to Ambridge's appointment, TBA has awarded intern Theo Marlas with a full time role on its creative team, where she will work across a number of projects.

"TBA is always proactively looking for new and exciting talent within the industry," Fellows added. "One way in which we can help insure that there is a steady stream of young talent is by providing internships.

"We have a number of partnerships set up in order to continually offer intern placements within the agency. One intern in particular is Theo Marlas who joined TBA on a 3-month internship in November 2014.

"Given her great attitude and talent, Theo was then offered a three month probation period. Having now been with TBA for almost a year, Theo forms part of the creative team working across a wide number of projects."

The agency also revealed that they are looking to make a number of new appointments, ranging from account exectuives through to director level roles.
