Havercroft joins from QHotels, where she worked in the events department for three years. As part of her role, she will be responsible for managing relationships with both new and existing accounts.
DUO Conference and Events was set up five years ago by directors Amanda Brewer and Fiona Hadjiandrea, both of whom worked together at Universal World Events (now Ashfield Meetings & Events). It has expanded due to its recent success and now has a team of six permanent staff members.
Hadjiandrea said: "We are very proud to see our small company expanding and we’re looking forward to another successful year ahead.
"Our job is to give confidence and our in-depth understanding means we can manage all aspects of each event leaving our clients in the knowledge that they are in safe hands."
