The Oysters, a collection of 25 international tourist boards and convention bureaux representing destinations such as Malta, Switzerland, Dubai, France and Germany, held its annual summer party after the second day of the Meetings Show.

Agencies and corporate event planners gathered to meet representatives from destinations within the Oysters’ collection, each of which had their own stand showcasing local delicacies and their individual C&I offerings.

A variety of fun and interactive activities were also on show, including a giant Scalextric circuit at the Your Singapore stand, do-it-yourself Sushi at the Japan National Tourism Organisation stand and a mini casino at the Israel Government Tourist Office stand.

The party followed the second day of the Meetings Show, which has enjoyed a 20% increase in hosted buyers and closes today (9 July). Next year, the show will move to Olympia London's Grand Hall to accommodate its continued growth.
