The report provides a ranking of the 132 most visited cities around the world, and predicts that London will receive 18.82 million international visitors in 2015, slightly ahead of Bangkok in second place with 18.24m.
Last month it was announced that London saw more international visits in 2014 than ever before, with conferences helping boost the capital’s business visits to a record £3.3m.
Mayor of London Boris Johnson said: "I’m delighted that London has proudly held on to this coveted title, as we celebrate another triumphant and record-breaking year for tourism in the city. With its unrivalled mix of history, culture, culinary gems and cutting-edge creativity, I’m confident that these accolades will keep coming as the capital continues to surprise and excite visitors from all over the world."
The top ten cities in the list by visitor numbers were:

- Bangkok, 18.24m
- Paris, 16.06m
- Dubai, 14.26m
- Istanbul, 12.56m
- New York, 12.27m
- Singapore, 11.88m
- Kuala Lumpur, 11.12m
- Seoul, 10.35m
- Hong Kong, 8.66m
