The five-star property will span 34 floors and will include 190 rooms, serviced apartments, 1, 290msq of meeting and conference facilities, a rooftop pool and a 300msq garden overlooking the Island's waterfront promenade. There will also be a number of food and beverage options and fitness centres.
The hotel will be located next to an upmarket Galleria shopping mall on the Island. Al Maryah Island is a business, leisure and entertainment hub. Rosewood Abu Dhabi opened its doors on the Island in 2013.
