Ashfield has provided event management support to Astellas Europe since 2003 and organised almost 200 events of its events in 2014. The contract extension will be delivered by a dedicated team at Ashfied that will provide full service event management and venue sourcing.
Ashfield will also act as a consultant to Astellas as the company implements its new strategic meetings management programme to deliver enhanced healthcare professional reporting capabilities. This will involve the integration of software systems and tools to capture data across its global network of affiliates.
