Wikler will take responsibility for further developing the experiential capability of the agency. He was previously client services director at Square Melon UK where he worked on experiential campaigns for a number of Coca-Cola brands.

Randle Stonier, CEO and Founder of AddingValue, commented: "As part of our strategic approach, which we term ‘Creating Emotional Advantage’, AddingValue already offers an enriched audience experience to our live events clients that builds passion for their brands by combining science, art, innovation, and emotion.

"With Jaron’s appointment we are now able to extend the added value that we can offer our clients by combining our core expertise and applying it to the disciplines of experiential marketing and consumer engagement. As a seasoned professional, Jaron has the proven experience and know-how to help us develop our services into a fully fledged experiential offering for new and existing clients."

Wikler said: "I was excited by the opportunity to join this well-established communications agency and bring to life the powerful concept of ‘Creating Emotional Advantage’. In today’s cluttered media environment it is refreshing to work with a group of people who truly understand the concept of creating emotional advantages for brands in a way that genuinely adds value to our clients."
