The three-day event is expected to attract around 300 experts to the region for a programme of educational and scientific sessions, workshops and an associated exhibition.
The bid to host the event was supported by Visit Scotland and Visit Aberdeen.
Brian Horsburgh, AECC’s managing director, said: "As a city rich in medical research and innovation, we are pleased that the UKCS have chosen AECC and Aberdeen to host their 2015 conference and exhibition.
"This conference benefited from being awarded subvention funding from VisitScotland, which is crucial for association organisers when looking at host cities for their events."
