Developed between Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and Al Habtoor Group, the property will feature 136 guest rooms and will form the centerpiece of a 6 million sqft equestrian sports complex in Dubai.
The resort will comprise of 24 luxury bungalows and various F&B outlets, with a further 138 residential villas within the resort, alongside a polo club, a state-of-the-art polo academy and a riding school with stables.

We are also delighted to extend our partnership with the Al Habtoor family, with whom we are working to open our first St. Regis hotel in Dubai later this year."
In addition to the recently announced The St. Regis Dubai Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club, the group is also partnering with the Al Habtoor Group to open three new hotels across its St. Regis, W and Westin brands in Dubai.
