Bennett joins the group from KnowledgePoint360, where he worked as congress manager. He brings with him more than ten years of experience in managing association events, including six years in-house as international affairs & events manager for The Physiological Society.

Sophie Morris, managing director at Worldspan, said: "We are delighted to welcome David to the team, with his extensive knowledge and experience of association events. In tandem with the growth which we have achieved in the corporate sector, we remain committed to continuing to grow this specialised division and look forward to making further investment in staff in due course."

Danielle Davy has joined the PCO and live events team as a project executive and will assist the project delivery team on a range of events for both corporate and association clients.

Victoria Evans has been appointed as a business support executive, and will support Worldspan’s project teams across the whole company, including digital and creative.

Last year, Worldspan Group's PCO team helped deliver Teradata Connect for the IT and analytics giant, which took place at Chelsea FC's Stamford Bridge.
