Montenegro is set to expand its C&I offer with a new town development in Tivat.
The Government of Montenegro and Orascom Development have teamed up to construct a fully integrated town covering almost 1,700 acres on the Lustica peninsula.
The project will create hotels, a town centre, a marina on the Adriatic coast and an 18-hole golf course.
The first phase is set to be completed by 2015.
Montenegro Convention Bureau director Danica Ceranic said: "In Montenegro at the moment we do not have golf courses so it will be very good for our incentive offer."
